UJ Congratulates 130 Of Its Medical Graduates On Joining Residency Programs In The United States

​The University of Jordan congratulates 130 male and female graduates of the School of Medicine on obtaining the opportunity to join residency (medical specialization) programs in the United States of America, as the University takes pride in the excellence of its graduates.

The graduates matched into a wide range of specialties, including:

• 97 in Internal Medicine 

• 12 in Pediatrics 

• 5 in Neurology 

• 4 in Family Medicine 

• 3 in Psychiatry 

• 1 in Child Neurology 

• 1 in Obstetrics & Gynecology 

• 1 in Med-Peds 

• 1 in Anesthesiology 

• 1 in Preliminary Internal Medicine 

• 3 in Preliminary Surgery 

• 1 in General Surgery 

This accomplishment also includes four graduates who secured matches prior to graduation, underscoring their early distinction and readiness.
