Director General of the Palestine Islamic Bank

​Mr. Al-Barghouthi has held various prominent positions in the banking and financial sectors. He served as the General Manager of Islamic Saafa Bank in Palestine and as the Chief Executive Officer of Ihilal, a specialized Islamic financial services company focusing on investment management. He also worked as the Head of Strategic Operations Unit in the Treasury and Investment Management Division at Arab National Bank in Saudi Arabia.

Additionally, Mr. Al-Barghouthi has 4 years of experience with Merrill Lynch International Bank Limited, a global financial services company, following 18 years at Arab Bank where he held the position of Head of Treasury and Private Banking Department in the General Management in Amman.

He holds a Master's degree in Economics and is licensed to practice brokerage in the NASDAQ market.​
