Judge & Attorney Eyad Ayed Alsamhan

From the classrooms of the University of Jordan to the international legal stage, Judge Eyad Ayed Alsamhan’s journey is a testament to academic brilliance and extraordinary achievement.

He earned his B.A. in Law from the University of Jordan, then completed a joint Master’s in Intellectual Property Law with Adam Mickiewicz University in Poland. He went on to earn an LL.M. from Brigham Young University (BYU) and a Ph.D. in Constitutional and International Law from the University of Pécs, graduating Summa Cum Laude.

At a remarkably young age, Eyad became one of the youngest judges in Jordan’s history and is the only Jordanian attorney accredited by the American Bar Association to practice law in the United States. As a published author and seasoned arbitrator in immigration and business law, he has engaged with over 500 attorneys worldwide, building a reputation for finding solutions for any challenge, at any time.
