3. Master's degree in Administrative Sciences from the University of Southern California in 1979.
4. Bachelor's degree in Economics and Administrative Sciences from the University of Jordan in 1975.

Positions held:

1. Professor at the University of Jordan.
2. Secretary-General of the Civil Service Bureau.
3. Advisor to the Prime Minister in 1992.
4. President of the Administrative Inspection Bureau from 1992 to 1994.

1. The Hussein Medal for Distinguished Service, First Class.
