​The Minister of Labor in 2021 held several significant positions:

1. Founder and CEO of the Business Development Center.
2. The first Jordanian to serve as a member of the Business Experts Group in the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in France.
3. Member and representative of the Mediterranean countries region in the Experts Council on Employment and Entrepreneurship Strategies for the Mediterranean Basin Countries in the Union for the Mediterranean (UFM) in Spain.

Educational qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
2. Advanced Diploma as a certified management expert from the International Trade Centre (ITC) in Switzerland.
