​​Politician, researcher, writer, translator and historian. He is a retired colonel from the Jordanian Armed Forces, and a former member of the Jordanian House of Representatives, who served as Minister of State for Legal Affairs in 2018. He was a member of the Jordanian Senate in the twenty-eighth, twenty-ninth, and thirtieth sessions in 2020 and 2022.
