He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Jordan and a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Edinburgh in the UK. He served as the Head of the Legislation and Opinion Bureau. He also worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Law at the University of Jordan, and as the Dean of the Faculty of Law at the same university. Additionally, he served as a legal advisor to the Executive Privatization Unit at the Prime Ministry, provided legal advice to several institutions, and was a member of the Board of Directors of the Judicial Institute at the Ministry of Justice, as well as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Arab Academy for Banking and Financial Sciences.
