Email Marketing Manager - OTT Platform Social Media Management Location: Remote Bilingual Candidates Only (Arabic Language is Mandatory) As the Email Marketing Manager for our (OTT) platform, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing strategies to engage and retain our audience. This role requires a creative and data-driven individual with a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing campaigns in line with the platform's content, promotions, and objectives for engaging users • Work with various teams to integrate email campaigns into broader marketing efforts • Utilize targeted segmentation strategies to deliver personalized and pertinent content to different user groups • Analyze user data to identify patterns and preferences for efficient segmentation • Craft compelling and captivating email content, including newsletters, promotional emails, and user communications • Perform A/B testing to optimize email content, subject lines, and calls-to-action • Establish and manage email automation workflows to nurture leads, onboard new users, and re-engage inactive users • Ensure seamless integration between email marketing tools and the platform's user database • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for email campaigns, providing regular reports on performance • Utilize insights to refine strategies, enhance open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign effectiveness • Stay up-to-date with email marketing regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance • Implement and maintain top-tier email marketing practices to enhance the user experience • Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop visually appealing email templates and graphics • Coordinate with the social media and community management teams to align email campaigns with overall content and engagement strategies. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in the OTT or entertainment industry. • Strong understanding of email marketing platforms, automation tools, and analytics. • Proficiency in data analysis and segmentation techniques. • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and visually appealing email content. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
